Of course, here is the good equipment, the apartment has air conditioning. The living room has satellite TV (Astra) and a small music system with CD player available. In the kitchen there are of course microwave, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, toaster, juicer, kettle and a dishwasher. The bathroom has outside windows and has a washing machine.
The apartment is located in a newly built urbanization, overlooking the nature reserve Sapal and to the sea. A spacious terrace with furniture, loungers and parasol is right in front of the apartment, and there is a grill pavilion. For the car there is a parking space on the enclosed property. Non smoking.
