Looking for relaxation, wide views, and fresh sea air? Then our lovingly renovated holiday home on the Danish Baltic Sea island of Langeland is just right for you – perfect for a long weekend, family vacation, or a break from everyday life.
Our holiday home is located peacefully between the villages of Humble and Bagenkop – only 300 m from the water. Nearby you’ll find a small playground, nature trails, and many worthwhile excursion destinations. Visit the impressive Cold-War Museum Langelandsfort with a real submarine exhibit, discover the wild horses at Gulstav, or enjoy the wide, child-friendly sandy beaches of Ristinge.
The charming town of Rudkøbing with its shops and cafés is a 25-minute drive away. Svendborg is about 40 minutes away, Odense about an hour. A beautiful nature reserve begins just 800 m from the house – perfect for walks, bird-watching, or simply a quiet moment in nature.

Policies
Die Buchung gilt als verbindlich nach schriftlicher Bestätigung. Die Zahlung erfolgt in zwei Raten an DK-Ferien. Die Endabrechnung inklusive Verbrauch und Kaution erfolgt über DK-Ferien.
Mietzeit & Anreise
Anreise ab 15:00 Uhr, Abreise bis 10:00 Uhr. Schlüsselübergabe über Schlüsselkasten.
Verbrauchskosten & Kaution
Strom: 0,60 €/kWh, Wasser: 3 €/Nacht. Eine Kaution von 100 € wird erhoben und nach Prüfung durch den Vermieter (max. 4 Wochen) abgerechnet.
Personenzahl & Haustiere
Maximal 6 Personen. Hunde sind willkommen – in diesem Fall ist die Endreinigung obligatorisch und wird zusätzlich berechnet.
Reinigung
Der Mieter ist für die Endreinigung verantwortlich (sofern nicht anders vereinbart). Das Haus muss aufgeräumt und sauber hinterlassen werden. Fehlende oder unzureichende Reinigung wird von der Kaution abgezogen.
Stornierung
Bei Stornierung < 8 Wochen vor Anreise ist die gesamte Miete fällig. Bei Weitervermietung wird der Mietpreis abzüglich 200 € erstattet. In jedem Fall fallen 50 € Stornogebühr an.
Haftung & Schäden
Der Mieter haftet für selbst verursachte Schäden am Haus oder Inventar. Schäden sind unverzüglich zu melden.
Heizung & Ausstattung
Das Haus wird mit Wärmepumpe beheizt. Kaminofen nicht nutzbar. Ausstattung für 6 Personen vorhanden – Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. sind mitzubringen.
Sonstiges
Zelte/Wohnwagen nur nach Absprache. Nebengebäude (Annex) gehört nicht zur Vermietung. Der Weber-Grill kann genutzt werden und muss sauber hinterlassen werden.
Gerichtsstand
Es gilt dänisches Recht. Gerichtsstand ist Svendborg, Dänemark.
